- Ringo: A WhatsApp Shared Inbox platform that enables teams to collaboratively manage WhatsApp Business conversations for customer service and sales purposes.
- AI Solutions: Custom AI development, conversational AI, and process automation services.
- Consulting Services: AI integration and implementation consulting.
2.2 Ringo Platform
Ringo is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. By using Ringo, you also agree to comply with:
- WhatsApp's Business Terms of Service
- WhatsApp's Business Policy
- WhatsApp's Commerce Policy
- Meta's Platform Terms
Ringo is a product developed and maintained by SIA Digital. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. SIA Digital is an independent technology provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Requirements
To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
4. Acceptable Use

- Use the Services for any purpose that violates WhatsApp's Business Policy or Commerce Policy
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
4.3 WhatsApp Policy Compliance
When using Ringo, you must comply with all applicable WhatsApp policies. This includes but is not limited to:
- Only messaging users who have opted in to receive messages from your business
- Respecting user opt-out requests promptly
- Not sending prohibited content as defined by WhatsApp
- Following WhatsApp's guidelines for message templates and session messages
- Maintaining appropriate response times and quality standards
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 SIA Digital Property
The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and technology, are owned by SIA Digital or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 Trademarks
"SIA Digital," "Ringo," and associated logos are trademarks of SIA Digital Ltd. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent. WhatsApp and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
5.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services ("Your Content"). By using the Services, you grant SIA Digital a limited license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We are committed to handling data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and WhatsApp's data handling requirements. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Payment Terms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIA DIGITAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIA DIGITAL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO SIA DIGITAL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIA Digital and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including WhatsApp's policies
- Your Content or any data you process through the Services
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@sia1.digital. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
12.2 Termination by SIA Digital
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including if:
- You breach these Terms or any applicable policies
- Your use poses a security risk or may harm other users
- Required by law or a government authority
- The Services are discontinued
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will terminate, and you must cease using the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable order forms or service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and SIA Digital regarding the Services.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
15.5 Force Majeure
SIA Digital will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or failures of third-party services.
